I finished this art piece today! It's a vintage wooden tray that I've converted into a treasure pocket. Using the pocket from an old, beat-up suitcase, a collaged background and the old wooden tray, I've put together a piece of art that is ever-changing. You can change the contents of the pocket for the season. Add things, take away things. Love, love this idea!! Remember, you can click on all of my photos to enlarge them. OH! And all the items are included that are in the pocket, copies of some of my favorite things. Soon to be in my Etsy store ~

Is this from the same suitcase you made precious Ellie's bed...you are just too darn clever...I LOVE this, too...as one of the previous poster commented...STOP...you're killing me...I can't come up with one clever idea these days...much less the plethora of creations you make...geez...do you drink a lot of coffee or tea??? Just curious...lol!

This is so cool! I could see this as a holder for daily mail. What a pleasure it would be to sort through junk mail and bills if they were pulled from a satin pocket! Great job!
