to die for our sins....
then He arose from the dead three days later
to prove He truly is the Son of God!

Living He loved me,

buried He carried my sins far away.

Rising He justified,

freely forever,

someday He's coming...

Inklings of Spring ~

We've had several beautiful days as of late here in Georgia.

The temps have been mild and

buds are bursting open on most all of our flowering trees!

Then of course, in typical Georgia fashion,

this week we had a below freezing temperatures again

and fierce winds that were awful.

But it's coming.

Today is another beauty even though it's a little chilly!

I thought I would share a few "springish" images with you...

Snippets of my life...

We had a great weekend around here!!

Saturday evening our youngest son Noah was a co-host

for his youth group's Coffee House Talent Show ~

It was such a great idea for a fund raiser for them...

and I was just blown away by all of the kid's talents!

Noah was quite the ham and loved the spotlight...

he and his buddy Logan did such a wonderful job as hosts.

We had a wonderful family dinner together Easter Sunday ~
And the wonderful thing??
My father-in-law was there and felt so much better!!!
Thank you all so much for you sweet thoughts and prayers for him.
Plus all five of our boys were able to come too ~
I just love it when they're all together!

Noah's on Spring Break this week and you KNOW I love that!!!

It's a new day ~

We had a busy weekend!!

My parents came for a quick visit...

then it seems we blinked and the weekend was over ~

I didn't get to work on my living room curtains

but did buy some new rods to hang them on.

Now to get them finished and hung!

I need to create a new piece of artwork too...

all the sewing has been fun

but I've just got to make something else soon!

Wishing you a blessed Easter my precious friends ~

The Son of God came to this earth.

He lived a perfect life....

and died for each and every one of us ~

to pay for our sins,

then He rose from the grave

just three days later so show us that

TRULY

He WAS the Son of God.

And if we would only believe that He did this for us all,

we would live in Heaven with Him for eternity!!!

A wonderful package arrived today ~ Elizabeth from Home Musings sent the sweetest little baby book for Clara! It's never been used and the graphics are so adorable ~ Thank you so very much Elizabeth, you are always so thoughtful!! Isn't it beautiful??

My pouty fairies in a jar are home.....they arrived today from Somerset and are wanting new homes!! Now listed in my Lollishop :)
