Déjà vu sweet friends!

Do you know what déjà vu means?
It is French for "already seen" and is used to refer to
when a person experiences the feeling that they have seen or
experienced something at an earlier time....

And what am I referring to?
My very first article in Stampington's Somerset Life
has been republished!!!!!
What a true honor to be in their upcoming (July 1st)
Handcrafted 2010 issue!!!!!

I received my free artist's issue a couple of days ago
and have since been able to look through each and every bit of it.
Friends, this is a WONDERFUL issue!!
And I'm not saying it because my pincushions are inside ~
I had to take a few photos to give you a preview.
I think you'll love this one!!!!

My little article ~ and they even used totally different photos from
what they originally used in the Life issue!!!! Neat, huh?

What makes a day go from ordinary toWONDERFUL??

Well, I'll just tell you ~ it's when your little ten year old runs to get the mail and has THIS in his hands!!!! My heart leapt! I couldn't believe it was finally REAL . . . my little shoes are in this AMAZING magazine.

Somerset Life doesn't even begin to fit into the category of magazine. It is a book of pure creative energy, I turned the pages ever-so-slowly so as not to miss one. single. beautiful. tidbit. It is truly a publication about infusing creativity and beauty into each and every part of your life ~ as you surround yourself with these things and you're bound to feed your creative soul.

What an honor and priviledge to have my work and article inside this beautiful publication. Right beside Sandra Evertson, no less. Unbelieveable.

Thank you all so very much for always cheering me on, encouraging me and giving me the confidence on this little blog to create my artwork. You feed my creative soul ~

I know my work didn't make the cover, but that's just fine with me. What an honor to even be considered!!! The icing on the cake today was getting to the back and seeing my little ornaments featured for the ad for the fall issue!!! My goodness ~ I'm so very thankful for these blessings!!

I hope I'm not wearing you out with this magazine news . . . but you girls are why I'm IN these magazines!!! You're my sweet friends and I love sharing my news with you!!
