But I always find comfort in all that is beautiful....
And the coming season of Fall ALWAYS makes me smile!
I'm looking forward to the wonderful, crisp, cool mornings....
and all that comes with autumn ~
seasons bring change and sometimes change is a wonderful thing!

Oh, yes! A great deal of the time, however this time of year, my mind relaxes somewhat and productivity kicks in.

Oh Dawn ~ I am soooo looking forward to fall! It affects me the way that spring affects others... I want to start fresh, work on new ideas, change things around in my home, and freshen everything up!
As for feeling scattered, I've felt that way for months and months and keep thinking one day soon I'll get a bit more settled and organized and pull everything together... I'm still waiting... ;)
I never thought I would ever say this, living in the Chicago area and the grey skies that cover us in winter, but I am truly looking forward to cooler temperatures, sweaters, light coats and of course, boots! Your photos remind me of what is to come and it brings a smile! One more thought..... I love the print of the mother holding a frame up to her child's face. That says it all about motherhood, right??!!
I am so looking forward to the fall temps... Tomorrow is suppose to be in the 90's here.. I cannot swim the rest of this year due to the surgery so we will close the pool in a couple weeks anyway.. we have had a really bad summer here with the hot temps and drough we suffered.. Most in our area will have very little or no crops to harvest in our fields...Tom included and then I have been fighting cancer half the summer and now in recovery so yes I am looking forward to the fall temps also... I am doing better everyday and looking forward to a full recovery... Being able to clean my home again....sending best wishes and many prayers out to the people whom are suffering through this hurricane... I sit with tears as I watch the coverage....

Life can be challenging now and then, and you and the family now waiting exitedly for your new little one to arrive, don`t have time and thoughts for much else, so dear friend, you just rest in the joy to arrive, both child and autumn.

Unsettled...yes, I know that feeling. Hope that you are feeling more settled soon. I always feel more settled here with your lovely images, though sometimes it is good to be unsettled. It spurs us and prevents us from being too complacent. Thinking of you all with Murray coming soon...
It's funny but this time of year I always feel a bit restless/nomadic. There is that sense of wanting to roam-to see it all! I love this time of year and the changes it brings- xo Diana
