In my "it's a new season" frame of mind,
I gathered a few nature elements together
and actually finished another piece of art!!
I just love making nature assemblages...
It's simple and understated but truly
a piece showcasing a few small examples
of the art of God ~
After listing it in my Etsy yesterday,
I posted a photo on Facebook and knew a sweet friend
liked these kind of pieces...so I tagged her with the pic.
Well, she did love it!!! and purchased it straight away ~
It's always such a blessing when someone else
loves your artwork enough to buy it!!!
Today I am counting my blessings ~
having you in my life,
precious friends...
being fortunate enough to be able to create what I love...
and having a wonderful, loving family
to share my life with.

you have more than you realize!!!

That is a really lovely piece, Dawn! I just saw a nest on the side of the house, under an eave, I haven't seen anything flying around it so we think it's "dead". I may wait until late one night and go knock it off with a broom handle. Who knew it could become a part of a collage? : )

I am glad you sold it so fast...it is so pretty, don't you just love what nature provides us everyday.
