Beautiful places....
These are a few clippings that I just love ~
A beautiful image I've given you in the past ~
Can you even believe I'm STILL unpacking???
I used to be a wild woman and get things done so quickly but
this move has totally whipped me!
I get mad at myself for not getting more accomplished in a day ~
but I know eventually it will be finished.
Downsizing has been the biggest challenge,
so I shuffle boxes, sort, rebox, then shuffle again :)
I've been wanting to show you photos but it's not
photo worthy right now :) still no curtains in the living room...
no pictures hung...boxes still here and there ~
But I know I'll eventually get it all finished.
Please forgive me if it's been awhile since I visited you,
I hope to get back to my regular routine very soon :)

I think I need to make something too....
Do you know that if I go too long without creating,
I absolutely CRAVE it???
A few past projects:
I have a limited amount of these little babies....
I'll be adding the egg soap back to the shop today too!
Beautiful old photo album mats for you:
You all are so wonderful to me...
thank you for stopping by to see what's going on around here!!
Have a great Tuesday precious friends,
hugs and love,
Dawn
ps. I've added a few more goodies to the shop too!

all so very beautiful dawn- I love what you share here.
Have a beautiful day!
I think farmhouses are lovely without curtains.

Take your time and enjoy each step:) I have noticed that when I feel a need to hurry up, what I really need is to step back and take a breath. Then things get put into perspective for me. Hope you are having fun:)

Dear Dawn I know just how you feel , it takes me alot longer now to do things that I could do in a jiff awhile back, it makes me so mad I guess we just have to accept it that's life right?
It has been ages since I stopped in Dawn......I can see the move is a daunting task......and especially since you are downsizing.....I've done JUST THAT and it can be exhausting....you will be done tho....and I can hardly wait to see your beautiful outcome.

Hi, Dawn. Love those cabinet card frames! And, going to finally order some bird egg soap (love it). Have fun with Lisa :) I know you need some creative time. I've been so blessed with a slow week at the day job that I actually edited photos here and did a blog post today of my recent creations...its good to be queen! lol Take care.
Dear Dawn, you have done so much recently and will be finished before too long! I can't wait to see pictures of your wonderful new home all decorated! Have a blessed day and take a break and create something, you'll feel better:)
Thank you so much for sharing those lovely photo album mats. They are delightful.
Everything will get done in it's own time. Don't rush it...now may be the time to create something beautiful again to recharge your batteries.
Sending good thoughts your way!

Jane
Hi sweetie,-
oh dear you--must be so very difficult, to downsize, I know we all only keeps what we like ,and hold dear--so when it comes to not place enough ,for all ouer collections, it hurts!!Dawn, you are not at all as old as I am,- but anyway ,the older -the more time is used to fullfill tasks of all kind :)
I knnow you will very soon end up with a most beautifull house, and studio-and creating those beautifull art piece, like the ones shown here-again.
Lots of hugs, and love-
Dorthe
We used to move every couple of years with my husband's job, but have been settled in this home for about 19 years and I couldn't imagine trying to move again after accumulating for that long!! What a job, good luck!
Oh Dawn... I so understand when you say it doesn't go as fast as it use to... I have slowed down so much I don't hardly reconize myself anymore. Sometimes it brings tears to my eyes... Just today Tom and I discovered we add things to the calendar but we also need to write a note cause sometimes we don't look at the calendar till too late... Seems you just let more slid with the aging and retirement... although it still bugs you... I am looking forard to seeing some pics and also some of your holiday decorating in your new little country home... As always your friend...
Dawn, you know...each year brings to mind and body the fact that we are not getting any younger...it took us MONTHS to unpack when we moved from Indiana to Texas....no REAL hurry I guess.
We will be anxious to see how you have decided to re-do this "new" and darling like abode.

Hey Dawn- The second photo had peat pots too! It has taken me a year to unpack and actually I finally gave myself a deadline to finish cleaning out the garage- I think I have 48 days left. I use a Google Countdown. It's just a long process and it's not like you can do 24-7. You'll get there.
Thanks Dawn, for all the beauty you share with us.
I totally understand what you mean bout craving creating. But this is what my friends remind me of now that I put a lot of energy in my store: "You are creating!". For you, it is your new home right now. =) But still, it is different than doing something we can hold in our hands when done.
hugs
