Such small things bring me joy!!

I've been working on our guest bath....and found a shower curtain at Target that the color was absolutely GORGEOUS but when I hung it, it just sagged and hung so strange.....and I just knew it HAD to go back!!!

Well, I ended up at Hobby Lobby and bought curtains!! The same beautiful steel blue shade but so much more lush!!!! Plus look at this toile that I found at Hobby Lobby that coordinates so beautifully!!! I could only get 3/4" of a yard but I will turn it into something wonderful....maybe cover a canvas?? Or maybe frame some??

Don't you love it when things come together??

Hugs and love,
Dawn

Love the drapes and the fabric, Dawn! You could jazz up some towels and make them decorative towels by putting some of that fabric on them.

I love the use of window treatments as a shower curtian. Way to think outside the box! Love the toile, it's going to be fabulous! (I would use some of the scraps from whatever you make to go around some glass canisters with a little ribbon, perfect place to put cotton balls etc., just a thought) Have a happy day!

It looks wonderful, so does the revamped guest room. Love the teal blue in the toile. I actually covered a little chair in that fabric, the blue drew me to it. I hope you have the BEST, happiest, holiday ever. Lisa

Dawn, I think bathrooms are one of the most difficult rooms to decorate because of all the dust and humidity. We want them to looks spa-like and elegant and relaxing, but the more fabrics and fru-fru we put in there, the more cleaning there is! Yours looks beautiful!

Brown is a good choice. I think neutrals in the bathroom are just perfect because they're relaxing and calm. One color I can never see in a bathroom is green because the lighting never makes our complexions look good in green reflections. Warm colors are so much better, or neutrals. Good choices, Dawn.
