Sometimes...

I've not been creative at all or even very inspiring :)
For the past few days, I've been a blob
and hope to soon get back into the swing of things!!!
I'm simply recovering from the big event and
things are finally getting back to normal around here.

I edited the photos from the anniversary party and emailed them to CVS.
How cool is that??
You'd think I was from the stone age
but I still think it's so neat that you can do that.
I received an email in about an hour and a half that they were ready!

So since I've not really created anything great lately
I've poked around in my Picasa album and re-posted a few images for you ~

Oh! and guess what returned home in Monday's mail?
My altered lampshade frames from this last Somerset Life ~
I just love them.....

I hope you have an amazing Tuesday dear friends!!!!
hugs and love,
Dawn

Dawn,
You have every right to be ready for some "down" time....after all, we can't be on our game 24/7 right? Those lampshades are just darling, and thanks for those images...just lovely :).

Dawn, you've been sooo busy getting ready for your parents' anniversary! And from the photos it looks like it went beautifully! Again, they are the most adorable couple! Thank you for all of the lovely pictures for us. Maybe soon you can put your feet up and get back into your scissors, goodies and glue pots, along with thread, fabric and needles. Maybe it's just the letdown after all your work and you're tired.
Hugs! Blessings!

It is best to "lay low" for a while after a huge event ...you wore yourself out I'm sure. But I am delighted you got your sweet, darling of so cute lampshades back again.

I must have approx. 684,000 idea's in my cluttered mind and in my folders that I am wanting to make...and this is ONE of them.

Thank you again for the inspiration.

Dawn,
Of course your a blog you crazy thing. You've busted your booty for weeks putting the party together. Now it's all over, kids in school. House to yourself. In a couple of days you'll be up to your ears in matt gel medium! Love those little shoes. Glad you got the lamp shades back, I still don't have my bottles. Wonder if I should ask? Those shades are the BEST. Are you going to sell them??? Lisa

I'm not surprised that you're resting after all the excitement of the weekend and all the work leading up to it. Hope your parents have been resting, too. That first image is one of my all-time favorites and I lost it in the last computer crash so am delighted to "have" it again. I had no idea that I had gleaned it from your images. I do now...I added your name to the Scanned Image-20.

Hi Dawn! The lampshade is so lovely! Thank you for all the lovely images you share! Now I know where I got the "Dreaming" sheet music cover from! I had used it on some pretty Valentine boxes a couple years ago and now I know who to thank!

I know how you feel! I just got back from (yet another) week long trip, and although it was fun, it still takes a lot out of me. Just give yourself time to rest and recuperate..I'm trying to! ;-)
I'm praying for God's refreshing spirit to wash over you and renew your strength!
Blessings and Hugs,
Myrna
