My family finally finished the MASSIVE soap order they had!!!
You should have seen the semi-truck back up into our driveway to pick it up ~
I know my hubs and son both were so relieved to see it head off to it's final destination!!!
I found these beautiful Shabby Chic curtains at a thrift store
and had saved them for more than a year or more now!
I just love their gauzy texture and pale pink color.
I thought, why not hang these on the other side of the french doors dividing
my studio from the girly guest bedroom?!
Here's how they look ~
I love them....they add another layer of softness and sweet magic.
The view looking in from my studio:
Apparently, I couldn't stand so much open space
so I HAD to add another work table to the studio!
I just love it....I'm trying to keep it cleaned off at all times
so I can cut out fabric and have it ready for other projects as well ~
More sweet prints I've hung in the guest bedroom....
Just trying to make a little magic around this old farmhouse....
And the winner of my Mingle magazine giveaway????
Sweet Revi of Revisionary Life!!!!
Please send me your address dear friend....
I'll get the issue in the mail to you!
Wishing you a wonderful fall Monday precious friends,
hugs and love,
Dawn

Love your studio....and the curtain idea is lovely!
LOVE those curtains--what a sweet find! Everything looks just adorable in your lovely farmhouse! (I try to keep my workspace clear, but it just never stays that way!) Can't wait to meet you at CLF!!
You made some great magic around your home! I love your studio. It looks so warm and inviting. Those curtains are so adorable.
You always have the dearest images to share. Of these, my favorite is the three little girls and two little kittens under the beat-up umbrella. Oh the story in that!
The pale pink curtains at the door do add another layer of sweetness. What does Clara think?
I love your beautiful curtains! They look so soft and inviting ~

I'm hoping to get my sewing/craft room moving along {maybe in another week}, Dawn. I can't wait to get in there and at least organize and I need to get some better storage pieces for the shelves to take full advantage of the vertical height. I will have two tables in mine and my plan is that one will be dedicated to my sewing machine. I'll probably still have to cut fabric out on my living room floor, but I'll be happy to have my own room to sew in!
Hi
I love your studio , it is very sweet .
hugs

Dawn can you tell me about your soaps? Do you do wholesale?
Dawn, I love the curtains, so charming and the affect from your art room is lovely too!!! Thanks so much for your help the other day, I really appreciate it!
Your shabby chic curtains are to die for! I went thrifting this weekend and found the most gorgeous linens, too! It amazes me what people donate. Love Love your cleared off table look in your studio. It looks so nice.
Dawn,
Hey hon,

Dearest Dawn, the guest bedroom, have become the most sweet and beautiful room- and your studio ,well you know how much I love that, ---with the curtains it looks even more wonderful, dear friend.

Wow - your family sold enough soup for a semi truck to pick it up? That's FANTASTIC. Love the sweet images you've given today. Thanks for sharing a glimpse into your studio. ~ Abby
Dawn, Love the pink curtains-I had similar ones in my childhood bedroom, Mom called them priscillas. Your rooms are so cared for and sweet. You remind me that it is time to fluff the nest for the upcoming winter. My studio is just about unusable at this time!
I Love the sweet images, Thanks, dear friend!
Hugs, Sherry
Dawn, I just love-love-love the curtain idea! That is really pretty and softening.
