I always have the best of intentions to create something
so wonderful on the weekend to show you on Monday....
but truth be known,
but truth be known,
our weekends are typically
spent with our sweet families.
spent with our sweet families.
We did have a great weekend.
Noah spent time with his best buddies and even got to swim (so he's happy!)
and Dennis and I spent a little alone time together.
Sunday was wonderful as Brent, Emily and Clara visited,
Chase was here, Noah was back home and
David cooked a feast on the grill!!!
We were only missing our Brad....
I did scan in a few gifts for you though ~
I found this amazing little writing pad at the antique store
the other day....don't you love the graphics?

Look at this little boy...isn't he precious?
I hope your weekend was so good....
it's terribly hot here in Georgia but I have to admit
my dear friend is now our air conditioner!!!!
Wishing you an amazing week ahead and wonderful Monday,
hugs and love,
Dawn

Sweetie, Dawn-
That`s how week-ends should be spend- being together with loved ones- I`m happy for you, you had a beautiful week-end with your dear family.
I wish you a happy-and lovely week ahead, dear friend.
Love and hugs-Dorthe
Hello, Thank you for the great images, they are so pretty.
Sometimes we need a break and enjoy time with loved ones, they come first.
I'm sure you can show us something beautiful and creative a few days later ;)
Hugs,
Angela.
I love his sweet face! Thanks for sharing! Hope all is well your way - I hear it's hot down south...it will be 88 today here in Michigan (with our awful humidity)! Have a great week! :)
SO cute. But...could you please stop putting free images up? I have 300 projects going all at the same time and everytime you put a new image up...well I have to stop and figure out what I'm going to do with it or how I can recreate the dress or the hair...
Well, I guess that's a good problem...
Smiles,
Lisa
Good morning, Dawn! I know just what you mean about titles! Sometimes it's the hardest part of the Whole post! Thanks for the great images. Have a nice day! Twyla
Dawn I am loving those scans. May use that book cover this week in a project! Thank you.
Sounds like just the sort of weekend a gal needs after a busy week. Stay cool...
Dawn you are so sweet...even when you don't have a thing to say or write about, you still find time to scan pretties to share with us! Happy week to you!
I know what you mean, Dawn. I always think I will have the weekend to get some projects done that I can share in the upcoming week. Sometimes life doesn't work out that way though! I will never tackle a project while my daughter and granddaughter are over on a Saturday afternoon. So sometimes that just leaves Sundays for me before the work week starts again and laundry, cleaning and food shopping take priority that day.
Hi Dawn! What a perfectly lovely weekend. Mine was fab too. Have a great week. Riki
I love to slow down on the weekends!
I must admit...I love being married to an AC guy!
Happy way to spend the weekend with family. We are still having winter with extreme cold temps and lots of rain. It is snowing just up the hill from me. Eight months of winter is enough. Some sunshine will be very welcome here. Happy week to you...
Thanks for sharing the images Dawn. As for the little boy's hair, that's what it would look like if I had attempted to cut it. Glad you had a great weekend with family. That's what it's all about. ~ Abby
