We've had a busy weekend around our house. Today is the first day of school for our boys and we had plenty to do to get ready. Yesterday I washed tons of clothes, did a little paperwork for Noah to turn into his new teacher, packaged up a lot of artwork to be mailed off today and worked on a few fairy jar orders! Nothing too exciting to take photos of to share with you. I know you don't want to see my laundry or the inside of the washing machine!!
I looked through another "inspiration book" of mine and wanted to share these pages of looks that I just love! They each have the vintage, botanical, elegant look that is so very inspiring to me. Click on each photo and see all of the wonderful details. The last one is one that I've studied and studied. It was the inspiration for my luggage pocket trays. Rather than nailing them right into the wall, I wanted to create something that was more like artwork and something that could be moved from room to room, if need be.
You can look at ideas in books and magazines, mull them over in your head and incorporate them into something that will work for you in your own home.
Look at the wire in FRONT of the books and pictures ~ I love this!
Thank you for stopping by to see what's going on in my little corner of the world.
Wishing you a great Monday dear friends!!
xxoo, Dawn

Dawn - The pocket tray is so beautiful! The satiny fabric gives it sophistication and a nostalgic feeling. And the items in it are so artfully chosen and arranged...
Actually, I would rather like to see your laundry piles - helps me remember I'm not the only one with those practical jobs to do!
