What I love....

My goodness. There's so much that I love.
Of course the Lord above.
My precious family I've been blessed with.
And the fact that I live in America....
and there's so much more too!

But on a much smaller scale ~
my tastes and and what I love to look for while junkin'?
Well, you know I love old photographs.
I'm always searching for wonderful photos I can share with you!
Here's a precious little girl ~

I found this gorgeous card I had to share with you too ~

And you have got to look at this wonderful addition to our home ~
we rescued "Bucky" from Antique Griffin yesterday
(the antique mall we have space in!)
and immediately I had to hang him over the fireplace!!!!
No....I could never kill this beautiful animal but
I have to pay homage to it's life and
I love that we've rescued him
from the antique mall
so he can be in our home ~

Wishing you a most wonderful Monday dear friends,
hugs and love,
Dawn

The little girl is adorable! I love the colors of the card too! Not sure I could have the deer over my fireplace but it looks great over yours! :)

You have such a good eye Dawn - 'Bucky' looks wonderful above all your artwork. Thank you for always sharing your finds and thank you for being you! Happy Monday!

Wonderful new treasures. And may I just say that anyone who can rescue a mounted deer head is a most amazing person?!

(You have a nasty little pop-up that covers your post at the beginning. I can usually find the "X" but wasn't able to this time. It went away on its own after I had a nice long chance to read it.)

Dawn, I have a deer just like Bucky at our old cabin... he came from an antique store so I justified buying him, even though I don't condone hunting! His ear is quite ratty, but I love that he keeps watch over our place while we are gone.

Thank you for sharing the nature plates, and old images. I always love seeing what you have to share!

I love the image of the woman sitting on the tree. You've inspired me again, with the idea of pictures sitting on your mantle, rather than hanging them.

Thanks Dawn, you're a gem. ~ Abby
