And after having five boys,
we are SUCH kindred spirits.....
We're meeting at 10:00 this morning at Scott's Antique Market to go junkin'!!!!
I'm loving this thing ~
So I can make these ~
I sprayed an old dictionary page with Elmer's spray glue (walmart) and
stuck it to 67lb cover stock and used the punch!
Then of course I had to age them a bit....
And why does everything have to look so old and tattered?
I don't know...I just love it!
You have GOT to go visit Mitzi!!!
She has created the most precious flowers ever
inspired by the new Flea Market Style magazine.....
Wishing you a wonderful Friday precious friends,
hugs and love,
Dawn

I love the small note books, you made for the mother, and grand aunt?
And I LOVE your tags, must try to find such a multi tag thing here,- And how would your tags have been looking if all bright white,-well I think borring, and not at all beautifull like this ones.
Sleep well, and have a wonderfull friday junking...wish I could be there with you, sweet friend.
Love and hugs ,Dorthe
Dawn amor, the thought books are so lovely! They are going to love them :) I am so glad you found the tags punch :) Have you been able to find the big one also? I will look for it tomorrow and tell you the size of the tag and the color of the punch, did you use your 40% coupon?? gotta love those things!...my girls have fun with the different size ones, they made lil tiny tags for their friends lil Xmas gifts. I hope you have a wonderful time tomorrow! Besos, Rose
Beautiful tags, Dawn! Precious little books! Enjoy your day my friend! I am sure you will:)
I have that punch too... I use 110 lb. cardstock and usually just stamp them - I love yours!!I have such a "thing" about price tags... I think there is alittle "kindred" there too! (I sponge coffee on my paper - dry it in the microwave for 25 seconds...iron it and then punch) XO, Judy
That looks like a great tool to have, but where do you get it, sugar? I just might try it.
xoxo,
Connie
Hi Dawn:
Love the sweet little tags! I have a single tag punch that gets a lot of use around here. Have fun junkin', girls!

Donna
These are so very lovely! I always call your stuff 'precious pretties'! Hey...I am old and tattered...does that mean I'm more special?!lol!
Love the sweet notebooks! Have the best day ever on your junk finding trip!
I saw that one yesterday at Michael's. I actually walked out of the store without buying anything. That is so sad. But I did buy 4 lampshades to remodel at the Goodwill for 99 cents each. Have fun at Scott's. Cindy was there yesterday and I think Wendy is there today.
Dear Dawn,
I love the tags! There is just something about the vintage look that calls me...actually it screams out my name!
Mr. B says that if it's old, weatherbeaten, flawed or defined by others as hopeless...I love it! So true...
Hope you have fun today!
Sandy
I have not seen that tag punch...gotta get one! Your lil books are darling....and yes, i do cherish each moment!
Heart Hugs,
Coleen
