Snippets of inspiration for your Friday ~

This is just a simple post ~ I wanted to share some beautiful things with you that I just love ....

The sheet music cover I've posted before (I used this image for the front of my apron) but love it so much I had to upload it again for you!

I scanned this sweet little girl for you to use in your artwork or to frame, I love the title "the wee nest"

I love pastoral paintings ~ they have such a wonderful quality about them....I love them even more if they have sheep in them ~

I was surfing the web and found some beautiful pressed flower artwork at Pressed for Time and I love the way this artist has incorporated her pressed flowers into the antique image!

More of her beautiful work ~ she sells prints of these lovelies and they will never fade!

And these....omygoodness....just look at these beautiful works of art ~ I would love to have one just to place on a bust that I have so I can enjoy how wonderful it is...the artist is Sally Kingston ~

I have several songs on my blog playlist by Thomas Newman. Well, if you've started your stations, try creating a Thomas Newman station ~ it's beautiful!

Wishing you a very happy Friday sweet friends ~
xxoo, Dawn

Thank you for showcasing such breathtaking work! Each artist has such a delicate touch. Your images are wonderful, thanks for sharing! I am snagging the little girl and nest one to use on a journal page. I am doing a journal page for a blog party and this image is perfect! Thanks so much and have a great weekend!

Each one of these artists does amazing work. I can see Clara wearing some sweet creation on a handband...a little princess or fairy queen.

Thank you for the apron image, too. I missed it the first time around. Did you hear my story about finding apron-ology? I think it would be fun to make one...emulating the master, of course!

Enjoy your weekend and hope that it's quieter than last with some fun and relaxation tossed in.

What lovely scans, Dawn!! I love the little "flower girl" and am particularly drawn to "Wee Nest". I'd love to be able to share some of my wonderful graphics, but I don't have a blog! Ah well, I love the fantastic inspiration out there in blogland nevertheless. Thank you so much for sharing these with us.
