There are certain people that you come across in life that truly inspire you. Sometimes they are not likely candidates either. They are not those people that possess everything wonderful and that have perfect lives. They are the individuals that have been through much, that have struggled through their lives and yet kept their faith in the Lord above, that have loved through hardship and still smile through the rain. Those are the people that inspire me.
I say this because Nita of Red Tin Heart is one of those precious souls. She as endured much but still continues to smile, encourage and lift others up. She's recently had major surgery and was so very ill but is now back home and healing, slowly. She lost her precious husband last year after a tragic paralyzing accident....yet she still keeps going. Her sweet daughter Elizabeth has been having health problems as well...
If you would, send a prayer up for Nita and Elizabeth for their health to be restored. For sunshine to beam down on their lives and for the clouds to blow away.......
Nita is amazing. She's even having a giveaway of her wonderful handmade jewelry as she's recovering from her surgery.....Please click HERE to enter to win ~ my only wish? As you enter her contest, say a prayer for her and her family to be blessed!!!
When you visit her blog please read her post "We are not replaceable" ~ it's so precious ~
I'll post my treasures that I found at Scott's Antique Market soon ~ it was such a wonderful Valentine's Day gift.....just as wonderful as the year Dennis gave me lovebirds!!
hugs and love to you all ~ Happy Monday!

Hello Dawn,
It always amazes me when folks that struggle are the happiest of folks. Then others are so bitter. I find inspiration and peace from People like Nita too.
Thank you for sharing and prayers were said. I often wish I could do more but all in all this is the best kind of gift.
Blessings to you and yours as well

What an amazing lady Nita is! Thank you Dawn for bringing her to all of us. I do believe that there are angels here on earth and appear when least expected. Your heart just needs to be open...
Thank you for opening yours,
Hugs,Blessings and Smiles,

Thank you for sharing Nita and Elizabeth with us. Prayers are sent to these beautiful angels on earth.
When I follow your link, I will certainly read what you've suggested. There are two kinds of people...those who become sweeter as the years go by and those who become bitter. I'm so glad that your friend is one of the former.
I do wish Nita and her family the best, I am off to tell her so. Thanks for caring!
Thank you Dawn, for putting Nita's link on your blog. You are absolutely right, she has struggled much, but there's something about her blog that encourages the reader deep down. Wonderful. Yes, I too believe that there are angels among us, and of those rare ones that seem to fit the part, I have noticed that they are humble, sometimes very broken, but there is a quality about them that transcends their human condition.
Blessings ~ Eileen

Dawn, I know what you mean about people who persevere through troubles...I have a friend going through something serious right now too. Sometimes we can just be a comforting ear or hug...so much of life is beyond our control. Faith - a fragile thing....
Blessings....
Diane
I will visit Nita.
These angels are exquisitely beautiful!
