Subtle changes can truly make a wrong, right!

I'm so pleased!!!!
These sweet, skinny drapes will work beautifully in our bedroom!
I've finished one, just to see, hung it on the rod and love it....

So I split six incredibly long drapes in half and am adding a ruffle to
each raw edge ~ but you know I had to complete one, just to make sure I loved it!

Yes, they are skinny but I'll just pile them on double ~
because, well...
I've got twelve skinny panels to cover three windows!

Do you like the ruffle???

Wishing you a beautiful Wednesday my sweet friends!
hugs and love,
Dawn

Digging the ruffle as it broke up the massive pattern of the drape. Nice touch.

Den flæse er så fin, passer godt i farven, og jeg kan se den er syet meget professionelt på, jeg vil glæde mig til at se hele din lange væg med de flotte gardiner. knus morkaren.

The ruffle made a big difference. The pattern of the drapes are gorgeous in itself, but when you added the ruffle, wow! A designers touch!

And why don't you quilt? You do such beautiful work, and those ruffles are the perfect touch. I imagine those curtains would cost you a small fortune from a decorator or fancy pants retailer. My dear girl, you are amazing! Can't wait to see them hanging. Love, Penny

Yes! They certainly are gorgeous! Oh, how I wish I could sew. Why is sewing so intimidating for me?? I was fine in Home Ec, but put a sewing machine in front of me and I don't know what to do or try...sigh...
