I'm so sorry....
I'm usually so upbeat ~
and always try to be inspiring.
Most of the time I usually I fake it
and plow through my awful moods
that take me over but it seems
I'd let this past one take hold a bit ~
but I have to say,
you are all such kindred spirits...
and are very familiar with this mood ~
Thank goodness
I'm feeling SO much better now!!!!
You girls are the most precious friends to me.
You lift me up! You encourage me to create ~
You always, ALWAYS inspire me......
I've decided to have a giveaway this next week ~
I want to thank you for always being there for me
and for always being such an inspiration.....
and for your precious friendship ~
stay tuned sweet angels.......
hugs and love,
Dawn

Must be something in the air or maybe the heat :0) I have been "blah" myself. Don't be hard on yourself! Just go with it and wait for it to pass!
It's definitely catching as I have been in a "funk" as well.
Glad that you are feeling better!!
I've been too high but it wasn't fun either -- managing to *slowly* come down. I hope I won't get too depressed afterwards... I hate the post-high crash.
You would not be normal if you didn't have off moments in life. We all do. It's getting out of it that is the hard part. It is great that you have so many wonderful friends by your side to lift you up when you are down.
Many Blessings,
Jessica
Reading your posts regularly keeps me on an even keel.
Love your comments.

How well I know this feeling! Hope the rest of your weekend is great. Thanks for sharing even when you may not feel like it. Today I went to Goodwill. They had their half off everything sale. Someone stole some stuff out of my cart when I turned my back. Good grief. And what they took were 3 HUGE BAGS OF VINTAGE BUTTONS! And then when I finally made it up to checkout, the machine did not take my credit card. WHAT??? NO WAY!! So I wrote a check. Sorry, said the girl, it is not accepting your check either. OMG, I was thinking, oh no....ID theft. I said, "something must be wrong." She shrugged. So I had to scrounge around my purse for 32 dollars with a major line of people behind me. Whew, just enough money, and not one dollar more after counting the change at the bottom of my purse. After feeling like a total loser for making people wait, I walked out the door hiding my face because I was so flustered. Low and behold, the patient lady behind me in line flagged me down in the parking lot. She said Goodwill found out NOBODY could use the credit/check system after me. CASH only until they could find out what happened. Whew, and on top of that it was 105very warm degrees in AZ. Ahhhhhh, Life is good. xoxoxo Eileen
Dawn...
Be of good cheer my friend...
for He is with you.

Sweet Up-North Mornings...
It happens to us all!
I agree that it would be easier if you had some specific reason. Something to fix. Sometimes there is nothing at all. It's just a phase while you rejuvenate. It's okay. Really!
I hope you have a wonderful day and that the sun shines for you!

Dawn,
Please know (and I think you do!) that you can ALWAYS count on your blog friends to lift you up.
After all, aren't we kindred souls?
So very glad you're feeling better :).
Oh sweet Dawn ~ Isn't it always such a blessing to know that we are not the only ones who get those blah not inspired at all days or periods of time ~
I am in one of those right now but I think it is because I just want to play ~ I want to go on vacation and sink my toes in the sand ~ that is what causes my blahness alot of the time is just wanting to have a change ~
Lots of hugs,
Lori
Hey Dawn
Glad you are feeling better! Hate the blahs... It seems the older I get the more I have to fight those. I just don't seem to get as excited over stuff like I used to... I hate that too. So I try to be thankful for what I do have and don't have...
Have a wonderful Sunday
Blessings
Rebecca
We all get 'em..they do pass..but it's always a bummer to have them. Glas yours are on the out.. :-)
So glad you're feeling better ~ LOVE these images so much!!
Thank you!
It must be something going around... I've been having a case of the blues for no particular reason. I'm over it now, I think.
I hope things are looking up for you. I must say, the thought of your giveaway brightened my mood considerably!
Hugs!

Sweet Dawn - you are certainly entitled to a little "down" mood every now and then - you seem to go non stop ( as do I!) - it is bound to catch up with you sometimes! Your genuine heartfelt goodness - comes across to all of us in every post you do - you are loved!
Vicki
Dearest Dawn,
It has been a pleasure to come to see your lovely wares; and blogland has really been a blessing to me too. I have made the best of friends and it is so true-everyone is so supportive! I hope that you know that you are never alone, there is always someone there to uplift you and to help you carry on. Blessings, Anita
Hi Sweet Dawn,
You are allowed to have a blue funk day every now and then, but
tomorrow is another day.
You bring such joy into our lives with your beautiful blog and inspire me and others to live life beautifully.
hugs
Sissie
I am happy to know that you are feeling better! We all get in those moods and knowing that others have them seems to help. We are all there for each other!
Have a blessed and creative day! HUGS!!
I see that beautiful face of yours, with that sweet smile - and can't imagine that not being there. BUT, I get in a funk many times. Just know you are a treasure, a gift! You touch other people with your style & beauty & grace - we are all testaments to that just by being here! Please come over to my blog & sit a spell to rejuvenate - listen to the 1st song especially & read the post about it. Somehow I suspect it's just what you need, dear friend!
Hugs ~ Merana
Glad you are feeling a bit more upbeat. Sometimes I just do something I want to do ~ it might be crafting, reading or just watching a movie. I find that helps sometimes to do something on my own undisturbed.
The feeling yucky is yucky. Glad your no longer yucky. And looking forward to a giveaway!
Debbie
We all have those moods now and then. Sometimes it is just so darn hard to shake it! It is nice to know there are so many supportive friends all around us in blogland who are always there with a positive word. Try to remember it the next time it happens and maybe it will be fleeting for you! ~Hugs, Patti
I am having the same problem...and posted about it! Very unlike me, too! But we understand each other and I'm sending you a BIG HUG this morning! Enjoy your day! ♥
You are not alone in this, my dear friend. And no kicking allowed. Be just as tender and loving to yourself as you'd be to any one of us. Let's go get a coffee and have a chat, shall we? Gentle hugs and love...
I would love to be upbeat all the time, but it doesn't work. Reading your blog is good. Nancy P.
HI Dawn,
How well we all know this feeling! I just had a rummage sale this weekend to release a few of my pent up emotions about no room at my house.
I wish I I had been better organized and sold more but I can always donate.
I am a horder with supplies I might use for making mixed media art projects.
We will all feel better know! Thanks for all your many wonderful posts and even this one is fabulous!
Smiles, Cyndi
Dawn,
Happy to hear you are feeling better. Yes, I've been there too and I'm sure I'll get there again. That is why I'm so glad that I found folks like you. You are the first Blogger I discovered and you have inspired me. You have given more than you can ever know. Thank you!
Warmly Linda
Sending you a big hug!
Funk times are allowed my dear. I am glad yours has been short lived. Take care more sunshine is on the way.
Dear Dawn, I so agree with Linda M.
You are the gathering place for a community of creative people, and we can all appreciate what you are feeling. We owe you, more than you owe us. We want you to be happy and feel good about the difference you make in the lives of people you may never meet, but who are truly your friends. Thank you dear Dawn! Love, Penny
Hi Dawn,
We all get in those moods from time to time and it is okay. I told hubby today that I have BLOG BLOCK. Just don't think I have anything interesting to post about, but will keep plugging along. And we definitely want you to as well! I LOVE your posts no matter what they say. YOU inspire ME!!!!!
Hugs~
Would we be human if we didn't get in a funk. I try to think of those times as a time to be thankful for being able to have emotions and feel life fully- in all it's ups and downs. Have you ever met someone who seemed to have no emotions- yea they never got depressed but I don't believe were able to experience joy to it's fullest either.
Glad you're on the way up to joy!

Im so glad to hear you are feeling better.
I think we all get that way sometimes.
When I get that way I always repeat something my Mom has always said....
"This too shall pass."
I just repeat it over and over. :)
And yes, she is right.... it does.
Have a wonderful Sunday,
Tam
I'm still new to the blogging world and I hope someday to have the same type of support you have from fellow readers. I'm glad your feeling better.
Hi Dawn,
So sorry you were feeling down. We all get that feeling from time to time. Just take a look at your own beautiful blog and the beautiful pictures on it and it should lift your spirits in no time. That's what it does for me.
Hello sweet Dawn,
We all get in a funk sometimes. I have had my share too. It's nice that we can cheer each other up isn't it? Glad you are feeling better. chins up!

We all have our days when everything comes easy and complete...but then there are
days when we just can't
seem to catch and embrace the
day...I know this too will
pass for you...we are just
human!!!! Dear Dawn, Hugs...Mary
So glad you are feeling better.Love your blog & seeing all of your new creations.Your give away is lovely.Take care . Lots of us are cheering you on! Cindy M
Oh Dawn, I wish I could run over, pick you up and go on an antique shopping trip. That would cheer you up!!!! I felt that way this weekend too, maybe it is something in the air. I know I have been worrying way too much about our country and the government, it is scary right now. Maybe you do not realize that it is bothering you too? Be better, you are much too sweet to be "down" and I'm sure you will bounce back soon.
Loves, QueenMarcy
I feel ya, Dawn..you KNOW I do!!
;-)
No worries Miz Dawn, as you can see, you are not alone, it is everywhere, People are scared and the energy goes out all over. I pray each morning for good thoughts.
Sing and whistle today! Kiss the little peanut for us all!
Love
Marcie
