Brrrrr.....for us here in Georgia, it's COLD!!

Yes, I know....you probably want to knock me in the head
for saying that but I'm pretty sure we're spoiled here in Georgia
and these low temps have got to go!

We've been in the teens overnight as far as temperature goes
and the cold just seems to creep into the house.
I don't know how you girls do it with snow 5 feet deep
and temperatures way below zero ~
So I hope you're staying all snuggled and warm....
and while you do, maybe dream of spring??

Hobby Lobby has made it official!!!
You can now shop online to find some wonderful goodies ~
~JUST CLICK HERE TO CHECK IT OUT ~

I was browsing around the Ballard Designs website
and found some of the most wonderful things!
Here are just a few photos of what I love....
Inspiration is everywhere!!

Wishing you a cozy, warm and wonderful Wednesday!!
hugs and love,
Dawn

Well I agree sweetie, that is too cold for a Georgia girl! I hope you all get some relief soon.
I was looking around Ballard the other day too and wouldn't you know I found so many things to put on my wish list. I hate it when that happens, don't you?! lol
Sending you a big warm hug my friend.

Oklahoma is suppose to get into the teens on Thursday. As long as we don't get anymore slush or ice I'm fine with the temps. Truthfully, this California girl HATES THE COLD IN ANY FORM.

"Dear Mr. Sun...Come back soon!"

Love to you~

Rebecca PS: Hobby Lobby is from OKLAHOMA! We do things right around here. You should SEE their home-office-complex. FAB!

It is so exciting that Hobby Lobby is online now. Sometimes I get too hemmed in when I am at the store. Especially when I want to buy something large and can't fit my cart in the small aisles. Okay, and I love to shop in my PJ's!! I have only looked at the Ballard catalog. Thanks for showing some of the new things they have. I bet we will see a lot of great ideas for the burlap ribbon.

Try to stay warm. We have been in the single digits for days!!

I actually came across a blogger who made their own version of that Gliclee Print from Ballard's, Dawn. Wish I could remember who it was, because it turned out really good. We don't have Hobby Lobby here, so I am very glad to hear the website is up and running for ordering. I'll have to go and check it out. I've had Hobby Lobby envy for some time now.

Oh Sweetie, it's all the way down here in Florida. I live in the North Florida area, Jacksonville to be exact and it's freezing, literally! We've also been in the mid-20's for lows. And to have that more than one night, well it's too much. I get so sick of the heat but oh' no this is cold. My banana tree didn't get covered and I saw it today and it looks like it bit the dust.

I don't know how people get out of bed in the deep snow. I'm already hibernating, the heater runs and runs and it stays cold.

Love all the pics from Ballard's. So many pretties. And don't you just love the feel of Hobby Lobby and the hymns. I know I do.

Stay warm & enjoy it before the suffering heat comes back. Warm hugs and love, Tracy :)

Thanks so much for the tip on Hobby Lobby online sales. I'll have to check out Ballard, it's been a while since I've browsed their online store.
When we were kids living in northern Wisconsin during and after a snow storm we always kept warm and cuddly with wood heat. My dad had his own tractor and plow and we would watch him through the kitchen window plow for most of the day because we had a small farmette. Some of those snow 'hills' would tower over my dad! Keep warm dear lady, before we know it will be spring.

I'm with you HONEY these southern girls don't like it COLD!!!!! I worked at the airport the last 2 days working a convention & it was NO fun out in that cold wind. And we get another blast tonight. Not supposed to be out of the 20's tomorrow. YUCK! I liked it better on Christmas Eve with just a dusting of snow & the next day POOOOOOOF gone.

Thank you so much for the love & support while by sweet puppy girl Reba was in the hospital. I can honestly say that my friends made all the difference. You can just FEEL the support can't you? AMAZING! Hugs dear friend & thank you again. Charlene

Hi Miz Dawn,,
Same temp here,,,quite a cold snap, the worse for the south in 25yr the weather channel said. I rather like it, but I am a cold weather person. The gas bill will be a dilly! Nothing lasts though, it will be spring in a couple of weeks. I already have bulbs coming up,,if they make it??? I love the Winnie The Poo, I was thinking of a spring post as well. I love shopping on line and will have to visit and drool over a Ballards.
Get your socks on, or just stay in and creat more wonders.
Love

Ballard's has long been one of my favorites, but I find it to be a bit expensive. Lately I've been saving pages from the catalog to give me ideas to make my own versions......

Once a southern girl, I too did not like it when it got cold like that. I have been up in PA since 86 and I don't like this weather a bit and I often daydream about being back in good ol Jacksonville FL. I wish my dad would sometimes pay for me to come see him. Wishful thinking I guess. Have a great day! I loved the pic of POOH BEAR. He's a favorite of mine.
