A few charms ~

I've been busy and hoping that everyone will like these little items. They are soldered charms or ornaments. I've made larger postcard size before for the store but for these I've used 2" beveled glass squares on the front and back and then microscope slides on the others. Perfect to use as a Christmas ornament or just as a charm hung on a lamp switch, on an armoire knob or hanging from a peg.

All of these double-sided glass charms are available in my Etsy shop!

Surround yourself with images you love and as you walk through your home, you'll smile!

xxoo, Dawn

Lovely charms, and divine Angels wings, your posts are all so inspiring and pretty, I love to visit. I agree with your advice on the table.....it is being painted a 'creamy white' see we have such good taste....
Have a great week

Just beautiful! If only I hadn't spent all my money on the assemblage! I would wear mine on a ribbon around my neck, for sure.

Dawn, you are TOO much!!! what can't you do? these are just wonderful!!! do you know i bought soldering supplies over a year ago and have not used them ONCE? you and Sandy over at Sam I Am are really inspiring me to dig them out and make something...well, actually i have some collages sitting around {yes, made a year ago} WAITING to be soldered...i think i'm afraid i'll burn my fingers off or something...

Just beautiful! I tried my hand at soldering a year or so ago and wanted to continue but didn't have the workspace. I've recently started soldering again and enjoy coming up with designs to encase in the glass. All of your are so pretty...

Hello Dawn!

I am not at my computer with my email, so I thought I would post my question - Where did you get the 1.5 or 1" glass? Did you find them in your area? or did you have to order online? I have some 1x3 slides and have put my first charm together, minus the actual soldering. I would like to do a different size and there are no slides here. But I thought I would order in state if possible. :)
