Altered apothecary bottles ~

I've had these gorgeous old apothecary bottles
for several years now.
But it was time to let them go... and time
for them to be transformed into
something beautiful ~

With wonderful old French label copies,
(That I'm sure are from Karen at The Graphics Fairy!)
antique laces, crinkled seam binding and of course
a fragment of vintage rhinestone jewelry
I believe they now have a new purpose!!!

Both are in my Sewmanyroses Etsy shop if you'd like to take a look ~

And can you believe they both have their original glass stoppers?!!

They're both empty ready to filled with something wonderful ~
maybe lavender buds, bath salts or even vintage buttons!!

Thank you always for stopping by to see me!!!

Wishing you a beautiful June Friday precious friends,
hugs and love,

How beautiful you have transformed them, dear Dawn-
You alwayes have a way with laces and seambindings- creating such gorgeous things, and these old bottles are sure to become a lovely centerpiece everywhere they are placed !
I wish you too a beautiful friday, my dearest sweet friend!

The bottles themselves are so pretty with those toppers, Dawn, but you brought them into gorgeousness! Love the idea of them on vanity in the bathroom or edging one of those bathtubs with a ledge.

Hi Sweetie,
They turned out beautiful! And I see they are already sold.

You seem to know what an object wishes to be...the apothecary bottles wanted to wear more bling and a beautiful label. They do look like graphics from Karen's.
