Sweet Up-North Mornings...
Hey-they looks great, your nests, -they will end up as beautifull, as all what you create are.
Hugs to you,sweet dear friend.

Clever girl using Rit dye! No smell. I wonder if we could also just dilute brown acrylic craft paint? I've never thought of a substitute for coffee before but now you have me thinking of alternatives because the scent of coffee bugs me too sometimes. Thank you, Dawn!
I do love the nests!
Hugs!
Diane
Why don't you try putting your coffee or rit in a spray bottle instead of having to dip. I also know there is a wood tone spray they sell in the floral dept of craft stores. I used to use that on various things. I think they look great Dawn!

Dawn- Needs some green moss. And maybe a few "feather fluffs". You know the fuzzy part of the feather before it is a feather. I love the idea of coloring the moss- you go girl.
Thanks for sharing those beautiful images, Dawn--love them! And your sweet sleepy angel? Adorable!
Hope your day is wonderful in every way!
You always amaze me with what you come up with. I think COFFEE can do wonders on everything!! (O: (O:

Oh Dawn, how absolutely precious! Your Clara is just the sweetest little sleepy angel! I also loved seeing the video of her first 7 steps! :)
Your nests are wonderful also Dawn...can't wait to see what you do with them!
I am so very happy you stopped by my blog and enjoyed the images. Thanks so very much for your sweet & lovely comment, it means so much to me sweetie!
Have a beautiful evening~
Hugs & Love, Carol Anne xo
Dawn,I think the nests are coming along really nicely! If you want to add some twigs into the mix, that would give them a very naturalistic look, as would the addition of another egg or two. I wonder if there are any small realistic looking dried leaves available anywhere?...those could be added as well if you wish.
Also enjoyed seeing sweet Clara!
Have a great day!
Nancy
Hi Dawn,
I love your beautiful nests. I saw a blog ( No Time To Stamp)receltly where a lady had used stong solution of tea to dye some ribbons and lace. They worked out sooo well. Maybe this would work for you Dawn? Though not to sure if there would still be scent left.
Angel Clara looks delilghtful as she sleeps and her wlaking video was adorable too. Thanks for sharing it with us. You know you too are a truly special angel.
Warmest best wishes
