Thank you so much for posting the Victoria beauty. I was so thrilled when it returned, then disappointed with it that I've let my subscription lapse - now I have to go out and BUY this one.

What has happened to all the really good magazines? That issue looks like one I would purchase. I used to buy scads of them and now rarely ever find one I like. Thanks for the tip, I'll check that issue out.

Happy Tuesday!

Lots of good stuff! Eye candy and inspiration!
Time for me to sit down with a cup of tea and my Victoria too! Aren't you glad they are publishing it again, Dawn!!!!

Thank you for the sweet pictures to keep. :-)

And the stamps...I like the bumble bee! Definitely the symbol of being busy, productive and creative! The humble little bee....such sweetness that we take for granted...honey...and so much effort for the little things to make!

Diane says have a wonderful day!!

Dear Dawn:
You're right. You need one of those stamps. I've had two of them this past year - one that has my husband's and my name, etc. and the other with just mine. I love them both! (The first one is square and the second round)

Victoria was always one of my favorite magazines, and it's great to see it back again. I agree that the images are beautifully inspiring. I particularly love this issue's vintage lace!

Merry Christmas,
Donna

Oh my gosh--I am going to run out this morning and find that issue of Victoria! I have stacks of the old ones from a few years ago in boxes--I couldn't bear to get rid of them, even through all the moves we've made--and I've not been a huge fan of the new Victoria so far . . . it just hasn't lived up to the old one, in my opinion, but this may change things! Thanks, Dawn, for sharing!!!!!

Oh Dawn!! You are so right! I am glad you posted about the new Victoria issue because I had to head to town today and I would have never looked for it had I not read your blog first. I can't wait to sit down and look through it!!
Hugs and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

I thought that this most recent Victoria was the closest to the good old V's as any in the last few years too! My idea of a good time is cup o' something hot and a good magazine - that hasn't happened for awhile...Merry Christmas!

Silly me, I just made a comment at my OWN blog, rather than here at yours! I wanted to thank you for the images above, and the sampling of the Victoria magazine. You are right, it does look just like the old ones I still treasure! Dawn have a wonderful holiday season, and I look forward to seeing more of your blog after the new year! Sincerely, Carol

Victoria was always one of my faves, I'll have to pick up an issue again soon!
I really like the stamp with the bee in the center, I think it's the most striking aesthetically.

You are dear to me, too! :-)
Merry Christmas!

Dawn, isn't your birthday the 26th? I wrote "Dawn" on my calendar, so assume it is you? My birthday is today (23rd) and my hubby's is 26th. If yours is the 26th, Happy Birthday! I loved that issue of Victoria also, absolutely gorgeous, especially the lace. I'm going to pull up the stamp site and see if they have a crown. Do they have a bird/nest for you? Thanks for telling us about all of the give-aways. I have found some wonderful sites that way. Hope you and yours (especially that precious granddaughter) have a wonderful Christmas. You are a sweet, sweet lady.
QueenMarcy
PS: Don't forget I have stacks of Victoria and Romantic Homes magazines set aside for you. We need to meet "next year" and I'll bring them to you.
