A crazy ol' blogger ~

I think that's what I must be!!!
I was poking around my own blog...looking at stats and such,
then I realized THIS post is my
2,200th POST!!!

WOW!
I guess I'm just crazy or love sharing...
I don't know which one
(you all KNOW I love sharing!)
but I DO know
that when I don't post,
I miss you.

I've made so many precious friends through this blog and
found so many kindred spirits.
Yes, blogging has changed...not so many folks like to
visit blogs anymore.
With the instant gratification of Facebook and
the constant visual goodness of Pinterest...
it was a given.
Even comments have waned but I can't help myself.
I still love blogging and sharing!

So I want to thank you precious friends ~
for taking the time to stop by my blog,
for your friendship,
for caring about what I'm making,
or not making...
and simply for just being there!

And don't you worry....
I don't plan on stopping!
Sometimes I skip a day or so
but I still love blogging so much ~

Happy Thursday sweet friends,
hugs and love,
Dawn

Oh Dear Dawn please don't ever give up on our blogging! Not everyone uses Facebook or Pinterest and I'm one of those because I simply can't fit it all into my life along with running such a big property and gardens as well as creating but I love my blog and I love blogging even if I can't always find the time to comment.

So just know we are out here and just so appreciate the amount of posts that you do and share all the wonderful goodness with us as often as you do!

Your very appreciative blogging friend,
Suzy with love and hugs!

My dearest Dawn,
That was a beautiful post filled with words from your lovely heart, and goodness from your soul. Thankyou for still blogging, I enjoy my visits here, so very much, and hope you are just going on telling about your life and creative beautiful doings, sweetie. I send you a big loving hug.

Blogging gives us something that we can't get from Facebook, which I absolutely will not become part of. There were many blogs that I loved to follow, but don't post anymore because they have gone the Facebook route. It particularly bothers me when a blogger offers a giveaway, and then makes you enter to win via Facebook. Keep up blogging please! We old fashioned girls should keep on keepin' on! Thanks for always thinking of us. XO Sue

Hi Dawn. I've got to admit I rarely leave a comment, but I visit your blog every day, and I'm always inspired by your beautiful work. The world would be very dull without people like you. Blessings

Phew! You were worrying me for a minute there. Blogging is so much more than Pinterest or Facebook. Where else would we be able to share our hearts so well?

Oh sweetness, I feel as you. In fact, I took some time off for I thought that even with the numbers I saw visiting daily - there were never any comments anymore. Then I realized how few I took time to leave. So, I'm limiting my time on FB and slowing down with Pinterest. I read a quote there last night that said something to the effect of pinning billions of items and not doing anything with them. That's so true, and I remember the joy of catching up on blogs I follow, learning and leaving comments on how much I appreciate the time they spent on it. We need to get back to this :)
Another shout out :) I love Winnie the Pooh and especially this quote. Keep the faith, know you are loved and that yes, we're here. love, Nancy

Oh Dawn, I just love your blog. Everyday I look forward to reading it. What a gift to all of us...2,200 times. While Facebook is nice the blog is so much more special to me. You really get an opportunity to get to know the artists. Thank you for all the inspiration and uplifting posts. Big hug to you.

Dawn...Well, I guess I'm just a crazy ole blogger too because your posts are the first thing I read online every single day! And, when you skip a day or two, I just read the old ones over again. You really ARE an inspiration. I'm not into all the social media...even have an old,old cell phone, but I do have my favorite blogs and intend to stick with 'em as long as you do! Thanks for all you do. pat

Glad you are staying around Dawn! lol Don't you think even Facebook isn't as "fashionable" as it used to be? I find it running it's course, but maybe that is just me. I still facebook, but I just wonder when it will fade away...
Hugs~

blogs are best for keeping in touch. lots to see...silly things like fonts, pictures, informational things like how to make something, and it feels almost like a face-to-face visit. as you say, facebook is a place to hop in and hop out...i like my conversations to be a little more than a flicker. thank you for taking the time to blog. and care.

"I still love blogging and sharing!"

And we love *you*, dear Dawn! I am going through an extremely difficult time right now and am not able to read my favorite blogs as often as I used to--much less leave comments--but I still hold you and a few other special-to-me bloggers close in my heart and in my prayers.♥

I find blogs so much more enjoyable than Facebook. I have followed your blog for a long time, and you never sense to amaze me with your creativity. Just because I usually don't comment, I'm still here.

Thanks for all the time and effort you put into each blog. Please keep them coming.
