My life as of late....

I've been watching several WONDERFUL
English programs (Downton Abbey and Call the Midwife) and I find myself
speaking quite properly!!!!
Oh well, that shouldn't last long because I'm a southern Georgia girl
and we can't talk proper for long :)

I finally finished my big angel wing order and now...I hate them.
Not really "hate" I guess, that's just too strong a word ~
Mostly, I need a break from them!

Remember...if you would like to make these angel wings,
I've offered a FREE tutorial on my blog
HERE!!

Four have been requested to have added jewels ~
I minced up my latest thrift finds to add to these wonderful wings.

Wishing you a wonderful November Monday precious friends!
hugs and love,
Dawn

I LOVE Downton Abbey. I watched it the first time for the story, the second time for the fashion and the third time for the decor.

I know what you mean about hating the things you make over and over and over.

Have a great week, Dawn.

Hi Dawn, we had a Downton Abbey marathon on the beach. All 7 episodes of season 3! And yes we do speak properly for sbout 5 minutes! Lovely angel's wings! Bravo! Patsy

OH sweet heart, I had to laugh ...
I SOO KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN!! I can`t have all the things I have to do over and over again... BUT in my case I just have to do it, as if not I will not sell enough in my shop-but you are so right!
Love your wings, and with the bling they are so beautiful, too.
Hugs and love to you dear Dawn.

My daughter is a big fan of Downton Abbey too! I know how you feel about making something too many times, and then being sick of it! Have a good week ahead.

Haha ~ I can totally understand, Dawn! Once something you do for pleasure becomes something you HAVE to do it becomes a chore, you wind up hating it. They are beautiful though!

Well, your wings are beautiful even if they have worn you down!! And I LOVE LOVE LOVE Call the Midwife (as well as Downton Abbey) and I can't wait for each new episode!

Well you know what they say about "too much of a good thing..."

Your wings are absolutely lovely; I am sure the lucky person getting them will never hate them!

I get the same way after making Christmas cards, and this year, after making 2 sets of 30 identical Christmas tags... acck! And THAT was in August!

Making a lot of one thing does get tedious. They certainly are beautiful, though, Dawn, and are going to make somebody very happy!

LOL yes, multiples become a bore quickly! And I know how you prefer to do one of a kind. Literally just one :) They are beautiful though. Of course I didn't have to make them either LOL I get it, really I do, just giving you a hard time. Why? Because Romeo made me do it ;)

Hugs,

Yeah, I could see why you'd be 'hating' your beautiful angel wings. After making 15,437 wings, I'd be a bit tired of them, too! But just think of the $$ that you've made ;)

Oh, my goodness, Dawn, your wings are gorgeous!♥ And you packaged them so adorably! But I'm sorry that they took so much out of you emotionally, and I'm happy that you're finally finished with them! xoxo
