Thankful....

I think I'll just pick wonderful words whenever I feel like it....
rather than just choose ONE inspirational word for this new year ~
My first was BLESSED but now I choose THANKFUL.

Thankful for my precious family ~
I always wanted babies and then was blessed with FIVE precious boys!
And then to have a sweet DIL Emily and our precious Clara?
More sweet gifts from Heaven.

I'm so thankful for my sweet husband
who has always supported my creativity, loved my craziness and
been the best father ever to our sons.
Thankful that I was raised by a mom and dad that loved me so much
and cared about where I was and what I did.....
Thankful that I've made so many friends here in blogland,
did you know that soon I will be blogging FIVE years???
You all are such a precious part of my life and always, ALWAYS inspire me so ~

No matter how trying times may be, we all have so much to be thankful for!!!!

I'm working on my little project to mail to Better Homes & Gardens for
the Holiday Craft issue ~ I need to get it mailed off the first of next week!

I hope you are doing wonderful...
and that you realize all of the blessings at your feet ~

Thank you for stopping by,
for caring about what I'm up to,
have a wonderful Friday sweet friends!
hugs and love,
Dawn

Hi sweet Dawn there are so many special words to use as favorites, and this is one very importent one.
We do all have things to be thankful for,-and being a friend of yours is a thing that makes me very thankful.
On another level, I`m thankful, that you changed the comment way on your blog- yesterday it went blank ,when trying, so I used Firefox!
I wish you a beautiful friday precious friend, thankyou for being out there "in cyberspaze"
LOve and hugs,Dorthe

Love those clock faces,Dawn! You would think I'd have some myself with the clock collection I have going on here. I have a clock of some kind in every room in my house!

I counted myself blessed and was also thankful yesterday when we had some snowy weather with a forecast of ice to come. Being able to be home now, nice and warm inside the house and able to be on my laptop or read or do a project.

This is my 4th year of Just One Word. Last year was GRATITUDE. This year is RESTORE. It was taken from the verse "He restoreth my soul" which is what I am looking forward to. Thank you for showing up in my email faithfully every morning.

Oh, Dawn!
We should all contemplate this word. If we were thankful there would be no wars! Thanks for reminding me to be thankful.
I love that Take Me image! what can I do with that? Sweet!

Dawn,
What a lovely post! And I am so thankful for your words to me... I've been busy with aging parents and find the time to blog almost nil... You are a blessing and a true friend.

Hi Dawn,
What a wonderful post! And yes, I totally agree..that no matter how hard my life is at this very moment, there are definitely people & things that I am thankful for. And yet, my word for this year, I think, is blessed. For I am blessed, still, to be alive! :)
