Twelve days of giving....well, almost

Do you know how thankful I am for you???
For you taking the time to click on my blog....
to see what I'm doing,
and even more, for leaving me a precious comment???

I want to try to give you some little something
each day you come here until Christmas ~
If I could I would send each and every one of you a sweet gift,
because I know we both love the same things, right???

Since I'm unable to do that....
maybe I can offer a little image gift, or some little bit of information
that I think you'll love for these next twelve days!

First, I've transformed a couple of the bird images that I offered yesterday
into tag pages for you!
I know most of you love birds like I do
and would love to use these as package tags.

Here they are:

And I figured something new out!

For you to be able to save the LARGEST size that I've saved these tags in
this is what you do ~

Right click on the image.
Left click "OPEN LINK IN NEW WINDOW"
Then....Left click the image AGAIN.....you will now have the FULL SIZED IMAGE.
Now you can right click it to "save image as"
and save it to your own computer in a folder you will remember it's location.

When you go to print it, be sure to make it fit the entire page size.

And what would be a good paper to print these on??
My very favorite paper is
STAPLES 67lb Cover Stock in the Creme color.

But don't worry, if you don't have a Staples nearby ~
simply print out onto plain copy paper and glue to a piece of thin cardboard,
(remember, you can use food packaging boxes...they're a great source!)
then cut out with your scissors and punch a little hole in the top ~
insert a small piece of twine, ribbon or seam binding to attach to your gift!

I'm also working on a new bottle brush Christmas tree just to give away!!!
Here is the "before" pic.....this little tree is quite naked right now!
I'll be sure to let you know which post to comment on for the giveaway ~

Have a wonderful Wednesday precious friends....
and thank you so much for visiting me!
hugs and love,
Dawn

I want to try your bleaching bottle brush trees method, but I've run out of time for it this year. I'm definitely going to keep it in mind next year. Lovely tags, I love the vintage bird images too.

Thanks Dawm for sharing your wonderful bird tag images AND the Staples Paper. I don't live near Staples anymore after moving to the cabin, but, I sure appreciate a trip back To Alabama for DR Visits and more than expected needed things; Plus, I get emails from Staples all the time.

I also miss the big oranges and apples from Sam's and Costco! Of course there are produce stands everywhere here.

I never enlarged a photo like you said so appreciate that tip also! I am up early today watching the dawn get lighter outside, it is very foggy and damp.
Hugs for the birds we all love and Thanks!
Smiles, Cyndi

Thank you for the bird images, Dawn! I will definitely be saving these for some tags. Your bottle brush tree is going to look wonderful. I love the potential decorating you can do on these. Before the season is over I think I will buy another couple of packages to do over myself.
