A few small treasures ~

Well, I stewed about my email dilemma long enough.
It really got better during the day and I received plenty of emails,
comments and even heard from Yahoo!
They were a boatload of help ~ NOT!
I did change my password and that seemed be be a good choice.
Funny thing is...about the same time in the afternoon my email went nuts again.
What is that??

I finally got busy on a few special orders and a few other goodies in the studio!
I had a few friends wanting needle books so I made two for them ~
and of course since I was making two...why not make six? :)

These are not quite finished but almost!

Here are my special orders ~
I used one pretty doily to make the both of them.

I hope they're pleased with them!

Little works in progress ~

More trees waiting to be decorated!

Pretty supplies ready to be used:

Do you know I just realized that Thanksgiving is NEXT WEEK??!!
I thought for sure we still had two more weeks...
you can tell I don't look at the calendar much :)

I have so much to do before my mama and daddy come...
I had wanted to have the bathroom's both painted but now,
I'm not so sure ~ oh well, we'll see!
I hope you're getting everything accomplished that you want to ~
but I guess we both have to realize if it doesn't get done,
it doesn't need to!!

Have a beautiful Thursday sweet friends,
hugs and love,
Dawn

Even the supplies are pretty, Dawn! Love the needle cases. I'll bet they would make great stocking stuffers. Look at all your trees! I could just see a display of several of these together on a mantel or table top.

Sorry that Yahoo was no help. Sounds as if you'll be going through a few password changes for a bit longer. Ugh.

Oh those needlebooks are simply beautiful. You're so clever at making new things look old and treasured.

Yes, Dawn, NEXT week! A bit scary, eh? You're not one who works best under pressure are you because I think the painting can wait. = )

Beautiful needle books!
I had that 'Thanksgiving is next week?' moment on Monday when I had to look at the calendar while rescheduling some appointments!
Hope your email issue gets fixed.

Dawn,
This whole post just makes me smile. Not the technical difficulties part (you know you'll find no help from me in that department) but those yummy pictures. Wow, just beautiful white vintage christmas. Your needle books are amazing. I love mine. Your trees are looking good too. Lisa

So pretty! Can't wait to see what else you do with the bottle brush trees. =) I love the one in the jar that you showed earlier this week. Come on over if you have a sec, I'm having a giveaway. Oh and I have Yahoo too and it really stinks. =(
