Thinking on lovely things...

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true,
whatsoever things are honorable,
whatsoever things are just,
whatsoever things are pure,
whatsoever things are lovely,
whatsoever things are of good report;
if there be any virtue,
and if there be any praise,
think on these things.

Philippians 4:8

Our thoughts are what rule us....
what we think on ~ concentrate on
totally influence our demeanor, don't you think?

Sometimes it's hard if we are going through trying times,
health problems,
or financial troubles (plus so  much more).

Try your best to think on beautiful, happy and thankful things....
it's so good for us all ~
Just a little something that's been on my mind lately :)

I ran across these pics I took last year for you ~
just to help a little with color selection :)
if you love seam binding!

Thinking beautiful things....
Have an gorgeous Monday my sweet friends!!
hugs and love,
Dawn

A good word especially in these harrowing rotten weather times.

Thanks also for the color information. I've purchased a few that were not quite what I was looking for.

Dawn you are soo right that positive thinking is the key. A cup can be half full or half empty... we all know that! WE CHOOSE HOW WE SEE IT! And thank you for the photos of the seam binding... I need to order & the color chart online just makes me more confused.... I am thinking of order the samples. Have a beautiful week! HUGS!

So beautiful! I love the special things you share here - all from a beautiful heart.
I've been in the same mindset lately, Dawn. Surrounding myself and filling my home with beautiful things makes me happy and has always been very important to me. Thanks for being such an inspiration to so many. Be blessed :)

Dawn,
What a great post! Reminds me of one of my favorite thrift finds...a huge roll of gold stickers with this sentiment on them..."Whatsoever things are lovely....think on these things".
I bought them specifically to use in my etsy shop to wrap packages for my customers....kind of the final touch for my packages.
I didn't know it was from Philippians 4:8.
Thank you!

Thank you so much, Dawn! I've been racking my brain looking at color charts that just don't seem accurate. Now I'll have a much better idea what to order. Blessings!

Thank you for this post too! In Philippians 4: 8 is written on the page at me:).
Indeed, there are difficulties, and sometimes much, sometimes less, but why do you always give thanks to God.
God bless you!
