Where has the time gone??

Lately I've been going back to some of my very first blog posts ~
I can't believe it's been four years already!!!!
Just a glimpse at a few of pieces of my artwork
along my blogging journey.....

Below is a re-post from April of 2007!!!
I'll be celebrating my FOUR YEAR BLOGIVERSARY February 11!!!!
I've been looking back at some of my very first posts and can't believe all that has happened in the last four years ~ and best of all?
I've been able to share it all with you!!!
And what an honor, too.
For you to take the time out of your day
to see what's happening in my simple life......

I truly am honored that you visit me!!!

Here's the blog post from April 6th, 2007:

My little addition to the potluck today is a very easy recipe that many of you may already know about but I cooked it for my family last night and not a teeny tiny speck was left!

Easy Chicken Pot Pie

  • 2 reg. sized cans of Veg-All
  • 2 reg. sized cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/2 tsp of Pepper (adjust to your taste)
  • 1 chicken cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 box of refrigerated Pie Crusts

Mix the first four ingredients in a large bowl. Spray an 8 x 8 pan or casserole dish with cooking spray (I used a 9 x 13 in the photos) and lay out one of the pie crusts. Then place chicken mixture on top of this crust. Place the other crust on top, tucking in around all edges. Slice top to allow steam to escape. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until browned on top. Serve to your sweet family!

I've shared so many different things here on my blog...
even the ol' chicken pot pie recipe!!!
Have a great Monday dear friends ~
hugs and love,
Dawn

I make my pot-pie like that too except I use biscuits and it's not that "pretty". WoW- I don't have the stamina to stick with anything for 4 years-- you go girl.

I love the shadow box lined with music. I picked up a set of 3 nesting shadow boxes several years ago and haven't done anything with them- I think this is it!!

Do you have a favorite something that you created? Was it the sweet angel?

Or maybe the Chicken Pot Pie? That's about the same way I make it! You can do anything with cream of chicken soup, anything!
