A tiny idea ~

All of the stores have so many gorgeous Christmas decorations, right?
Well, when you go shopping the day after Christmas
(or even earlier than that)
and all of those beautiful goodies are half off or even more ~
think a little outside the box!!
Look at things differently to see
if they would work for you in the studio ~

Look at these decorations as art supplies!
I found this gorgeous pearl garland at
Hobby Lobby half off this week!!!
I'm going to stash it away in the studio ~
don't you think it would be beautiful on a collage???

I love you all so much ~
I can't believe tomorrow is already Christmas eve!!!

Happy Thursday precious friends,
hugs and love,
Dawn

Yes, I think that you could make bird droppings look good in your art that's just how talented you are. So you'll have no troubles with these pretty wintery pearls. I can't believe that I just said bird droppings on Christmas eve eve. Oh well, that's how nutty it's getting. We woke to snow and that changes just about every plan I've had for today. I'm going to turn it into a good thing one way or another. You have a delightful day!

I never look at Christmas decor as decor, I always have crafting on my mind when I look in that section! I bought pearls strung on wire about 6 years ago, (20 of them, only $1 ea.) and I have used those for everything imaginable! Wish I had a Hobby Lobby near me! Well maybe not, I would be broke!

Merry Christmas to you and your family my friend! Hope you have a Happy New Year! I'm sure this year is gonna be a great one!

I saw those garlands! I kind of wanted some of the chocolate brown ones but passed them up, wish I would not have. Wishing you a jolly holiday!
