Birds, thoughts and a giveaway!

I love this bird plate....
all the speckled eggs with brown and cream tones ~
for you...

A couple of bird images for you....

I'm trying so hard to get on a better schedule...
but I'm just naturally a night owl!!
So now, to prepare for the Barn House show,
I want to get busy creating.
But I'm going to make sure that the items
are light and can be shipped by the box full
to Portland and not cost an arm and a leg!

I've had this recent fascination with peat pots....
I can't get enough of them!!
So I think that I'll try to alter one and see what it will turn out like ~
Maybe with sweet wire handles....
seam binding tied on each side...
and then I need to decide how
I want to fill them and decorate the outside.
I think they need to be earthy...
but who know what they'll turn out like ~

You know how we all adore free images, right??
for some gorgeous prints....and
she's even posted the first in the series
on her blog for you to have now!

Mitzi of Mitzi's Collectibles Blog is having a blogiversary giveaway HERE!!!

You all are my angels....
thank you for always stopping by and saying hello!!!
Wishing you a wonderful Friday sweet friends,
Hugs and love,
Dawn

I bought a bunch of peat pots years ago, planning to do something amazing and wonderful, but they're still stacked and waiting for inspiration to strike. So, Dawn, It's up to you to inspire us. If nothing else, just planted with grass seed and used at each place setting tied with a bow and a little egg or a wrapped chocolate in the grass looks nice.
Blessings,
Annie

I adore your blog. And, I think those little peat pots are going to be so darn cute. Very clever.

I want to buy two tutorials...the bird and snowman...I'm not up to date on the system. Help?
