Precious blog friends ~

Some of you sweet friends, I'll never be able to meet you in person......not in our lifetime, at all. But that's no matter, we affect one another. We encourage each other. We support one another.....and this my friends, binds us together. Maybe not in a physical sense but we truly do care about what happens to each other.

This past week we lost a precious blogger, friend, encourager and artist ~ Susie Mitchell of Susie's Heart. She had a wonderful spirit about her, always there with a sweet comment and encouraging word. She passed away Friday while tending her flower garden. She was a sweet Christian woman and is now with her Lord and Savior....and her family that had gone before her.

As I look back through my emails at her precious comments to me, I'm reminded of her sweetness and kind heart. She was an angel.....here on Earth and I'm sure, now in Heaven.....

If you should visit her blog, please read her post titled, "Things I Believe"..........

Happy Mother's Day precious friends....please remember to treasure your moments ~
hugs and love, Dawn

Dawn,
You put that so well.
She was indeed a beautiful person, giving and caring, and always a word of encouragement and kindness.

She will be missed.

I had actually copied and pasted the very post you suggested.
I wanted others to see just who Susi was.
I will post it later as a tribute to who she was.

I know she wouldn't mind as it was a encouragement from her to live life to the fullest and give God the thanks and glory in all.

Blessings,
barbara jean

I'm sorry to hear that Blogland has suffered this loss and I am, of course, sorry that her family is entering a grieving season. But how precious it is to know where she happily is today. Thank you for telling us.

Yes, Dawn, it was with sadness that I read her friend's email to me also. How kind it was of her friend to contact all of us that knew Susie through blogging. Otherwise, we'd all have wondered and not known about her passing. She was a delight! Always had a smile and a cheery word, encouragement, faith and kindness towards everyone.
