I also wanted to show you a photo of the most adorable little house my middle son Brad just rented for himself in downtown McDonough. It has two bedrooms and is so very perfect for him. He said it was built in 1943 and I have to tell you, I LOVE it!! Of course I love older homes, they have so much character, and the size of this one is just perfect. He is only 21 years old and the manager of Grand Harbour Imports in McDonough, GA and I have to tell you, he will have this little cottage looking amazing!! I will have to show you photos when he's totally moved in, you will love it! Anyway, here's the outside photo and a little peek inside . . .

I am so in love with this painting that he's putting in his living room!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog tonight. I've been meaning to email you about those ornaments I've posted as my header. Why! YES they are ones you posted a while back and I saved them in my picture file (b/c I love them...just as I do most of your pics) I tried posting them on my new Christmas look first b/c I loved the colors and the fact they were vintage looking plus I was curious as how to do a new seasonal blog. I really never intended to use them for my header...but when I tried to change afterwards and for several days, later...blogger would not let me!! Wouldn't even let me search for pictures in my file...but finally today...I went to try changing it...and blogger was being oh so cooperative!! I tried changing it to a Christmas tree branch with RED ornaments shining brightly...but when I viewed the picture...it took up the whole blooming blog. So, I just figured your beautiful pictures were meant to be...I hope it is ok???? They really are some of my favorites...I've grown very attached to them...I think it is b/c they garner such sweet memories of my childhood...thanks for sharing them.

Also, you hubbins' dinner sounded scrumptuous....sadly...I've been a bit under the weather...hubbin has been away, just to return this evening to a sick wife...no dog...and take out! Oh well...tomorrow will be better I'm sure.

Have fun this weekend with the "B" club...I hate that I am missing it...but next time...maybe life will be a little more settled around here for me to get away!

blessings...

What a dollhouse. He's way too young to appreciate what a jewel he's got!
